Thai veal salad. Thai-inspired recipe

It is clear that there are many ways to prepare a salad, and they can be as complete as we want. Although not usually used as much as chicken, beef is also great for preparing recipes like this Thai Thai Beef Salad. I keep seeing similar dishes by the Anglo-Saxon blogosphere, so I cheered up with this version.

I have dispensed with some more difficult ingredients to find around here, such as lemongrass, or Thai basil, but if you can access them, go ahead. The key is to use very aromatic ingredients, with a spicy point, and a dressing with a lot of flavor and refreshing touches.

Remove excess fat from meat, salt and pepper and cut into strips. Cut the onion into fine julienne, the green pepper in strips and the red pepper in slices, removing the seeds. Discard the germ of the garlic clove, peel the ginger and chop both very thin. Chop the tomato into small cubes, discarding the seeds, and laminate the radishes.

Heat a little oil and sauté the meat over high heat until it takes color. Add the onion and green pepper, and cook all together about 5 minutes. Remove. Beat the garlic, ginger, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, vinegar, oil and a little sugar. Adjust quantities to taste.

Arrange the meat with the onion and green pepper in a bowl. Add the red pepper, tomato and radishes. Add fresh parsley, cilantro and basil to taste. Dress with the sauce and mix well.

With what to accompany the salad

The Thai veal salad You can taste it as a main dish in a more complete menu, followed by a salad or a cream of vegetables, or as a single dish with a side dish to taste, for example with rice. By itself it can be a super light unique dish for dinner time.
