Veal rolls with walnut sauce

If you want to make a quick and truly tasty dish, nothing better than preparing some Veal Rolls with walnut sauce. Surely diners will want to repeat.

The ingredients 8 very thin veal fillets, 100 grams of ham, a little chopped parsley, 8 onions, oil and salt. For the sauce ¼ kilo of walnuts, ¼ liter of chicken broth, 20 grams of breadcrumbs and a dash of balsamic vinegar from Modena.

The preparation Spread and room the fillets, place on each of them a slice of ham and sprinkle some chopped parsley on them. Roll the fillets and hold them with a stick so they do not unwind. Spread a baking sheet with a little oil and place the rolls, also place the previously peeled and sprinkled onions with a little oil in the oven.

Bake in the preheated oven at 200º C until you see that the meat has already been made, depending on the taste of each, undercooked, to the point, etc.

Prepare while the sauce, mix all the ingredients of the sauce in the blender base and crush until you see that it has been homogenized.

Now you just have to remove the rolls from the oven and place them on the service plates next to an onion, water each roll with a little of this rich sauce and accompany with a slice of toasted seed bread.

Tasting Easy and fast, it is a different way to enjoy a beef steak.
