- For the top of cottage cheese, 350 g of cottage cheese (can be substituted for cream cheese), 110 g of sugar, 30 g of flour, 2 eggs and 100 ml of cream.
How to make shortbread with cottage cheese
We will start with the shortbread since it will be the basis of this kind of cake we have made. As you will see both the base and the filler are similar in how simple they are. You just have to mix.
Well, we will do that precisely. We will mix all the ingredients of the shortbread (with the butter in ointment) until obtaining a dough. It doesn't have to be fine, in fact it is best to work it very little.
We spread the dough through the mold and press it equalizing the entire surface.
Then we make the top. Mix the cottage cheese with the sugar, the flour, the two eggs and the cream without introducing much air. We put the top on top of the shortbread.
Bake at 150 ° C for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool inside the oven.
